Author Jann Bellamy refers to “… several [legal] loopholes to private employer mandates created [by] law which guts other public health measures designed to protect Floridians from COVID infection.” In plain English, Surgeon General Ladapo and Governor DeSantis are killing citizens of their state or, at the very least, ensuring that many of them are getting very sick!
