A man and a woman have admitted outraging public decency after having oral sex in a McDonald’s restaurant car park.

Lisa Victoria Gray, 28, of Pentrechwyth Road, Bonymaen, Swansea, and Rhys Higgins, 24, formerly of Fern Street, Cwmbrwrla, now of Ravenill, Swansea, both pleaded guilty to the joint charge at Swansea Crown Court on Monday.

Judge Keith Thomas adjourned the case, which was not opened, for sentencing next month, allowing time for background reports on both defendants to be drawn up.

The pair pleaded guilty to having oral sex together in a McDonald’s drive-through restaurant car park in the early hours of the morning earlier this year.

At an earlier hearing in Swansea Magistrates Court, Lisa Jones, prosecuting, said the allegations put to Higgins and Gray involved them having oral sex in a car in the car park of McDonald’s in Foundry Road, Morriston, on May 6 this year.

She said police had been called by staff who spotted a vehicle parked in the restaurant car park, shortly before 5am.

Rhys and Gray were released on conditional bail on Monday pending the sentencing hearing.
