This is no singular case. TheLiverDoc already showed other cases. You ought to follow him on Twitter to understand how devastating the insanity of the Indian government is. They destroy the whole country.

And, not to forget: criminals like homeopaths or Ayurvedic “doctors” again and again sue TheLiverDoc.
