Both "Dr." Smith and Christian Oesch were engaged in some form with Knights of Malta, before Delta was started. Does anyone know how Delta was started? Was it done by Oesch and Smith? Did the trigger happen at Knights of Malta ( I believe Smith was some kind of resident (psudo?)scientist there, and Oesch claims he was involved at KOM in "biotech" and "precious metals". But I take everything they say with a grain of salt.

BX figures: Dewayne Smith, Christian Oesch, Sherri Tenpenny all have
fake affiliations with Order of Malta (OoM). Smith & Oesch claim they
worked for OoM. Tenpenny claims she was knighted by OoM. Just call OoM
and ask them. They'll tell you all three claims are fake and they've
never heard of these people. There are scam parties who fake their
association with OoM and issue fake certificates, knighthoods, etc.

Richard Steeb of course does not know Smith and the other gangsters. Because they were affiliated with a FAKE order. Look at the long list of fake orders, all claiming to be Orders of Malta. Many of the conmen of those fake orders were sentenced in court for forgery and other crimes. IIRC one of the fakers is a German engineer, "Kiran" Schmidt, offering energy healing. The last I heard of him was about him being somewhere in Asia. He had a mailing list. I do not know if that still exists.
