Der Aufruf der 124 Wissenschaftler (ich hätte nie gedacht, daß es so viele überhaupt noch gibt) richtet sich unter anderem gegen Homöopathie. Das mußte ja Krach geben...

TRIBUNE - Des médecins et des professionnels de santé ont décidé d'alerter sur les promesses fantaisistes et l'efficacité non prouvée des médecines dites alternatives comme l'homéopathie. Ce collectif demande l'exclusion de ces disciplines ésotériques du champ médical.

Le serment d'Hippocrate est l'un des plus anciens engagements éthiques connus. Il exige du médecin d'offrir les meilleurs soins possibles et de la façon la plus honnête. Ces deux exigences lui imposent de chercher sans cesse à améliorer ses connaissances et d'informer ceux qui font appel à ses soins sur ce qu'il peut raisonnablement proposer, ainsi que sur ce qui est inutile ou contre-indiqué. Il est facile et valorisant d'afficher son savoir. Il est bien plus difficile d'expliquer et d'accepter ses limites. La tentation peut alors être grande de pratiquer des soins sans aucun fondement scientifique. Cette tentation a toujours existé. Elle a été, et est toujours, nourrie par des charlatans en tout genre qui recherchent la caution morale du titre de médecin pour faire la promotion de fausses thérapies à l'efficacité illusoire.

Das mußte endlich einmal gesagt werden.

Ich weiß nicht, wer der Auslöser des Aufschreis war. Aber die Idee ist schon mal gut. In Deutschland sind das natürlich immer Rohrkrepierer, weil unter anderem der Präsident der Bundesärztekammer, ein Herr Montgomery, seiner Frau, einer Homöopathin,  und deren homöopathischen Freunden doch nicht die Freundschaft und das dicke Geld vermiesen möchte. Nein, in Deutschland regiert die Korruption, und das ist gut so!

Aber in Frankreich... In Frankreich, da kracht es. Und das Schöne dabei: Daß sich jemand dabei in voller Lebensgröße zur Schau stellt. Wer? Ausgereichnet "Dr." Edouard Broussalian, der beim Ebola-Ausbruch in Afrika von Obermachern des Deutschen Zentralvereins homöpathischer Ärzte (DZvhÄ) und noch so ein ein paar sinistren Gruppen und Personen subventioniert und unterstützt, mit 3 anderen Homöopathen nach Afrika flog, um dort Ebola mit Homöopathie zu heilen. Ausgerechnet Ebola! Und dann mit Homöopathie!

La pétition contre les "fakemed" parue le 18 mars 2018 dans le Figaro a suscité beaucoup d'inquiétudes parmi les médecins homéopathes et les patients utilisateurs de produits homéopathiques. Le Dr Edouard Broussalian, médecin homéopathe, réfute les arguments des contempteurs de l’homéopathie et fait le point sur la place de cette pratique médicale.

Ouvertures.- Pouvez-vous présenter votre parcours en quelques mots ?

Edouard Broussalian.- J’ai commencé à étudier l’homéopathie vers l’âge de 15 ans. Mon père était un élève du Dr. Pierre Schmidt, de Genève, un médecin de grand renom qui avait étudié l’homéopathie aux USA juste à l’époque où sous la pression de Rockefeller et de Carnegie on fermait nos hôpitaux homéopathiques et on bloquait l’enseignement pour imposer la médecine chimique de masse.
Mon nom est connu dans le monde homéopathique de langue française comme auteur de plusieurs ouvrages de référence, articles et d’une page Facebook.
Je suis allé maintes fois soigner bénévolement les pathologies les plus diverses dans des pays comme la Turquie, le Burkina Faso et Haïti où notamment le traitement homéopathique du choléra a fait merveille. Je milite depuis toujours pour un enseignement de qualité en homéopathie.

– L’emballement autour de cette pétition vous a t-il surpris par sa rapidité voire sa violence ?

– Absolument pas. C’est un durcissement du système que je prédis depuis 10 ans à mesure que l’industrie se trouve placée devant la dure réalité de médicaments qui marchent de moins en moins et de pathologies de plus en plus « folles », elles-mêmes générées par ses « traitements ». Je ne suis plus seul à parler de véritable crime contre l’humanité puisque les laboratoires « mettent sur le marché » des produits dont ils connaissent pertinemment la toxicité, voire les effets létaux (Vioxx, etc.), qu’ils vont s’efforcer de nier à coup de marketing et autres « études » supposées représenter la science.
Or, l’homéopathie est le seul système de médecine cohérent qui permette de rétablir la santé et qui soit capable de s’adresser aussi bien aux situations aiguës que chroniques. La logique imparable et le prix de revient ridicule de l’homéopathie pointent impitoyablement les absurdités du système allopathique qui a perdu désormais tout contrôle et toute éthique sous la pression des rendements financiers. Sincèrement, il n’y a jamais eu de croisade contre les bains de siège froids de Rika Zaraï : le seul fait que l’industrie et ses coryphées investissent autant de temps et d’argent pour casser l’homéopathie en dit long sur la peur que celle-ci leur inspire.

– Que répondez-vous aux arguments selon lesquels l’homéopathie ne répond pas aux critères de validation habituels sur le plan scientifique et qu’elle ne serait pas plus efficace qu’un placebo ?

– La médecine d’urgence/réanimation, que j’ai pratiquée aussi, représente probablement le seul apport tangible du système en permettant de « redémarrer le moteur » et donc de sauver des vies, grâce à la compréhension scientifique des phénomènes de base de la vie (volumes, équilibre acido-basique, etc.)
Mais dès qu’on sort de ce contexte particulier, c’est le vide sidéral d’autant plus frappant que la « science » nous promet toujours des lendemains qui chantent. Il suffit juste que vous demandiez « comment ca va ? » à n’importe quel malade une fois sorti de l’hôpital… Ou encore que vous preniez la mesure du désarroi de la grande majorité de mes confrères avec l’âge… A quoi tiennent ces paradoxes, puisque nous devrions voir des patients dont l’état de santé ne cesse de s’améliorer et des médecins toujours plus ravis de leurs résultats ?
Tout d’abord, les statistiques ne font pas la science. Si l’on considère des Kepler, Newton, Leibnitz, Mariotte, Einstein, etc., on se rend compte qu’ils n’ont jamais effectué la moindre statistique. Or ils sont bien des scientifiques. Si on lit le texte de n’importe lequel de ces auteurs, prenons Newton dans les Principia de 1687, on est surpris de constater que celui-ci n’a pas pris une ride. Si on regarde au contraire toutes ces soi-disant avancées scientifiques de la médecine, elles sont toutes décriées à peine quelques années après leur publication, pourtant garantie du sceau des statistiques, le temps qu’on ne puisse plus nier les horreurs que les prescriptions ont entrainées. Strictement rien ne perdure dans le champ de la médecine allopathique qui nous gargarise pourtant d’evidence based et de science ? Comment est-ce possible ?
C’est parce qu’il n’existe tout simplement pas de pensée médicale capable de regarder un patient malade et d’étudier ses réactions. Bien au contraire, la médecine actuelle se comporte comme si elle avait devant elle un cadavre, dénué de sensations et d’affect, mais dont on isole le fragment qui est soumis à une « étude scientifique ». C’est une pensée réductionniste qui ne fonctionnera jamais en médecine. Alors on fait des statistiques pour regarder ce qui « marche » ou pas et on trouve des consensus entre spécialistes. Je n’appelle pas cela de la science et personne ne peut décemment appeler cela de la science.
Pire encore, les « avancées » se font actuellement grâce à l’industrialisation de tests à grande échelle. Et si l’on découvre que quelque chose se produit, alors on commence à regarder puis on fournit une soi-disant explication propre à satisfaire nos « scientifiques ». Je n’appelle pas cela de la science non plus, c’est une caricature.
En plus de cette carence conceptuelle et de la distorsion de la réalité du patient malade, s’ajoute un phénomène embarrassant : seuls les laboratoires peuvent financer des études statistiques mais ces mêmes études sont la plupart du temps falsifiées. Le Dr. Richard Horton, éditeur en chef de la prestigieuse revue The Lancet, déclare :
« Les accusations contre la science sont simples : une grande partie de la littérature scientifique, peut-être la moitié, est tout simplement fausse … la science a pris un virage vers l’obscurité. »
Et le Dr. Marcia Angell enfonce le clou :
« Il n’est tout simplement plus possible de croire une grande partie de la recherche clinique publiée … Je ne prends aucun plaisir à cette conclusion, que j’ai atteinte lentement et à contrecœur au cours de mes deux décennies en tant que rédactrice en chef du New England Journal of Medicine ».
Passons maintenant au placebo qui toucherait selon le dogme officiel 35% des réponses à un traitement et qui est loin d’être aussi monolithique qu’on veut le faire croire.
En 1955, Beecher, de Harvard, rédige un article « The powerful placebo » qui est resté la référence. Sur 15 études choisies au hasard, avec 1082 patients, la réponse au placébo atteignait 35,2 % ± 2.2%, surtout en ce qui concerne la douleur.
Tout le monde a passé sous silence que Beecher écrit que la réponse placébo moyenne n’est que de 35% de baisse des douleurs post opératoires et ce, durant une brève période de temps.
En 1977, Galliforme et Turner passent en revue la réponse placebo sur 65 traitements différents et découvrent que le nombre de répondeurs dégringole chez les gens qui ont des troubles graves.
Même résultat avec l’étude de Lamel, qui a analysé récemment 31 études sur 8285 traitements et 4000 patients sous placebo. Au mieux seuls 4% répondent au placebo !!
Hróbjartsson en 2001 conduit une étude 8 fois plus grande que celle de Beecher et montre que même la réponse éventuelle sur la douleur est finalement négligeable.
Reste enfin l’étude Cochrane 2010 (avant la prise de contrôle par Bill Gates sous le couvert habituel de « philanthropie ») : revue de 202 essais avec du placebo et des non-traitements, couvrant 60 pathologies.
« Les traitements placebo ne produisent pas de grands bénéficies de santé, ils ont en moyenne un modeste effet sur la douleur. Nous n’avons pas trouvé que les interventions placebos aient eu un important effet clinique en général ».
Ces résultats permettent aussi de souligner le manque de rigueur des études actuelles qui prennent rarement en compte une cohorte de patients à qui l’on ne prescrirait rien du tout afin qu’ils servent de référence. Encore un curieux oubli.
Dans ces conditions, je recommanderais aux détracteurs de l’homéopathie d’être plus prudents qu’ils ne le sont quand ils m’expliquent que durant 30 ans j’ai été le jouet d’une hallucination en soignant les pathologies les plus graves avec des résultats qui m’ont toujours émerveillé.
Aujourd’hui, toutes les autorités de santé qui légifèrent sur l’homéopathie s’appuient en particulier sur deux méta-analyses.
La première est celle du Lancet publiée en 2005. Le biais utilisé n’aurait été accepté pour aucune étude de médecine conventionnelle. Elle retenait 8 études en double aveugle pour l’homéopathie contre 6 pour le traitement conventionnel et sans critères d’individualisation. Malgré ce lourd handicap, si on changeait une seule étude parmi les 8 dites de “haute qualité”, les résultats s’inverseraient. En cela cette étude échoue sur “l’analyse de sensibilité”. Ce biais était évident pour qui se donnait la peine de ne pas s’arrêter à la conclusion. C’est ainsi qu’a été lancée une campagne médiatique internationale fallacieuse à l’encontre de l’homéopathie.
La deuxième est la méta-analyse australienne du NHMRC (National Health and Medical Research Council) de 2015. Elle exclut 90% des études fournies et se fonde seulement sur 5 études sélectionnées parmi les 1800. Cet organisme a appliqué une succession de filtres arbitraires et de critères de fiabilité qu’il ne s’était jamais appliqués à lui-même. Pour exemple, seules les études menées sur des groupes de plus de 150 patients ont été retenues alors que le NHMRC conduit lui-même régulièrement des études sur des groupes de moins de 150 patients… On peut s’interroger sur la pertinence scientifique de la démarche, et ce d’autant plus quand on sait que les premiers résultats étaient en faveur de l’efficacité de l’homéopathie et que cette étude fait actuellement l’objet d’une contre-expertise.
Le plus choquant dans ces conditions c’est de mesurer la haine et le mépris que nous jettent sur les réseaux sociaux ces « enragés » de la « science » sans se rendre compte une minute qu’ils tiennent le rôle d’idiots utiles du système.

– Les Français adorent l’homéopathie, on dit que même que c’est une exception mondiale. De plus, 25% des médecins généralistes et 75% des sages-femmes prescrivent de l’homéopathie. Quel impact aurait un déremboursement, étant précisé que les produits homéopathiques représentent un coût déjà faible pour l’assurance-maladie puisqu’ils ont représenté 0,29 % des remboursements de médicaments en 2016 ?

– Il ne s’agit pas d’une exception mondiale. Les gouvernements indiens et pakistanais ont parfaitement compris l’intérêt de soigner leur population avec l’homéopathie et la favorisent notamment grâce à un enseignement de grande qualité et des hôpitaux. Partout où les patients découvrent les effets remarquables de l’homéopathie et les comparent avec ceux du système classique, ils ne font qu’en redemander.
Justement hélas, prescrire de l’homéopathie ne fait pas du prescripteur un véritable homéopathe. Comme je l’ai laissé entendre ci-dessus, c’est bien là que le bât blesse. La seule concession que je pourrais faire à la meute enragée, c’est que le niveau habituel des prescripteurs dépasse difficilement celui de la bobologie.
La véritable homéopathie subit le feu croisé de l’industrie chimique… et de bien des laboratoires homéopathiques qui déforment l’homéopathie pour la rendre commercialement compatible avec leur survie.
Personne ou presque n’entend parler de la sélection d’un médicament homéopathique basé sur la compréhension du cas dans sa totalité. C’est ici que doivent porter tous nos efforts et c’est pourquoi j’ai créé en 2012 le premier enseignement à distance par Internet depuis notre site Planète Homéopathie. Pour la première fois depuis plus d’un siècle, les élèves y apprennent l’intégralité de l’Organon, l’ouvrage de référence que nous a légué Hahnemann, le fondateur de l’homéopathie. C’est seulement ainsi qu’on peut former des prescripteurs avec un très haut niveau d’exigence.
Tout le monde sait par ailleurs que le remboursement de l’homéopathie n’est qu’un prétexte comme vous le dites fort justement. Personne ne semble se soucier par exemple des prix astronomiques des anti-cancéreux au effets rarement favorables et bien souvent létaux, ni par exemple des produits comme le Lucentis, recyclage d’anciennes molécules à 1000 euros l’ampoule une fois par mois.

– Non contents de s’en prendre à l’homéopathie qualifiée de charlatanisme, les promoteurs de la pétition demandent même que les praticiens se voient retirer leur titre de médecin ou de professionnel de santé. Cette demande a t-elle des chances d’aboutir ?

– Bien entendu, c’est même l’objectif. Le même scénario a été imposé dans les années 1920 et a abouti à la fermeture des 200 hôpitaux homéopathiques dont les statistiques étaient pourtant édifiantes, avec le dixième de la mortalité des hôpitaux allopathiques !
On peut prévoir que la détention de produits homéopathiques sera bientôt un délit.

– Après l’étape du déremboursement, peut-on y voir la fin programmée de l’homéopathie en France comme cela a été le cas dans d’autres pays (Royaume-Uni, Canada, États-Unis, etc.) ? L’enseignement également est visé, y a t-il possibilité pour que l’homéopathie ne soit plus enseignée en faculté de médecine ?

– Sincèrement, vu le niveau de l’enseignement en fac, ce ne sera certainement pas une perte. Il faudrait que nos gouvernants relisent le Fait du Prince de Machiavel. Quelle que soit l’illusion de puissance que leur donnent leurs ressources illimitées, personne ne pourra empêcher la vérité de se propager. Une fois l’homéopathie ostracisée et interdite aux médecins, la souffrance et le désespoir des malades les conduira à se mobiliser pour la défendre et la pratiquer.

– Vous résidez et exercez en Suisse. La situation y est-elle différente ? Et dans les autres pays d’Europe ?

– Frappés d’amnésie sélective, nos détracteurs oublient toujours de mentionner, par exemple, le rapport « Health Technology Assessment » de 2011 préparé pour le compte des autorités suisses de la santé : ce rapport conclut que « L’homéopathie telle que pratiquée en Suisse est cliniquement efficace, économique et sûre ».
Sur cette base, le Conseil Fédéral Suisse a d’ailleurs confirmé le 1er août 2017 le remboursement des prescriptions de médecine complémentaire par l’assurance maladie de base.

The petition against the "fakemed" published on March 18, 2018 in Le Figaro has raised many concerns among homeopathic physicians and patients using homeopathic products. Dr. Edouard Broussalian, homeopathic doctor, refutes the arguments of the critics of homeopathy and takes stock of the place of this medical practice.

Openings.- Can you present your background in a few words?

Edouard Broussalian .- I started studying homeopathy around the age of 15. My father was a pupil of Dr. Pierre Schmidt of Geneva, a famous doctor who had studied homeopathy in the USA just at the time when under the pressure of Rockefeller and Carnegie we closed our homeopathic hospitals and we blocked teaching to impose mass chemical medicine.
My name is known in the French-language homeopathic world as author of several reference books, articles and a Facebook page .
I have been many times caring voluntarily for the most diverse pathologies in countries like Turkey, Burkina Faso and Haiti where in particular the homeopathic treatment of cholera has done wonders. I have always advocated quality teaching in homeopathy.

- Has the excitement around this petition surprised you by its speed or even its violence?

- Absolutely not. It's a hardening of the system that I've been predicting for the past 10 years as the industry finds itself faced with the harsh reality of less and less aggressive drugs and more and more "crazy" pathologies, themselves generated by his "treatments". I am no longer alone in talking about a true crime against humanity because the laboratories "put on the market" products of which they know pertinently the toxicity, even the lethal effects (Vioxx, etc.), that they will strive to deny marketing and other "studies" supposed to represent science.
Homeopathy is the only coherent system of medicine that can restore health and is able to address both acute and chronic conditions. The unstoppable logic and ridiculous cost price of homeopathy pitilessly point to the absurdities of the allopathic system, which has now lost all control and ethics under the pressure of financial returns. Sincerely, there has never been a crusade against Rika Zaraï's cold sitz baths: the mere fact that the industry and its coryphaes invest so much time and money to break homeopathy speaks volumes about fear that this one inspires them.

- How do you respond to arguments that homeopathy does not meet the scientifically accepted validation criteria and that it would not be more effective than a placebo?

- The emergency medicine / resuscitation, which I also practiced, is probably the only tangible contribution of the system by allowing to "restart the engine" and thus save lives, thanks to the scientific understanding of the basic phenomena of the life (volumes, acid-base balance, etc.)
But as soon as we leave this particular context, it is the sidereal emptiness all the more striking that "science" always promises us a singing future. You just have to ask "how are you doing? To any patient once out of the hospital ... Or that you take the measure of the disarray of the vast majority of my colleagues with age ... What are these paradoxes, since we should see patients whose state of health continues to improve and doctors are always more pleased with their results?
First of all, statistics do not do science. If we consider Kepler, Newton, Leibnitz, Mariotte, Einstein, etc., we realize that they have never made any statistics. But they are scientists. If we read the text of any of these authors, take Newton in the Principia of 1687, we are surprised to find that it has not aged. If we look at the contrary all these so-called scientific advances in medicine, they are all decried just a few years after their publication, yet guaranteed the seal of statistics, the time we can no longer deny the horrors that prescriptions have entrained. Strictly nothing lasts in the field of allopathic medicine that gurgles yet evidence based and science? How is it possible ?
This is because there is simply no medical thought able to look at a sick patient and study his reactions. On the contrary, current medicine behaves as if it had before it a corpse, devoid of sensations and affect, but from which the fragment which is submitted to a "scientific study" is isolated. It's a reductionist thought that will never work in medicine. So we do statistics to look at what is "working" or not and we find consensus among specialists. I do not call it science and no one can decently call it science.
Worse yet, the "breakthroughs" are being made through the industrialization of large-scale tests. And if we discover that something is happening, then we begin to look and then we provide a so-called explanation to satisfy our "scientists". I do not call it science either, it's a caricature.
In addition to this conceptual deficiency and the distortion of the reality of the sick patient, is added an embarrassing phenomenon: only the laboratories can finance statistical studies but these same studies are for the most part falsified. Dr. Richard Horton, editor-in-chief of The Lancet, states :
"The accusations against science are simple: much of the scientific literature, maybe half, is simply wrong ... science has turned a blind eye to darkness. "
And Dr. Marcia Angell drives the point:

Now let's move on to the placebo which, according to the official dogma, affects 35% of the responses to a treatment and which is far from being as monolithic as we would like to believe.
In 1955, Beecher, of Harvard, wrote an article "The powerful placebo" which remained the reference. In 15 randomly selected studies, with 1082 patients, the placebo response was 35.2% ± 2.2%, especially for pain.
Everyone has been unaware that Beecher writes that the average placebo response is only 35% less postoperative pain for a short period of time.
In 1977, Galliforme and Turner reviewed the placebo response on 65 different treatments and found that the number of responders plummeted in people with severe disorders.
Same result with the Lamel study, which recently analyzed 31 studies of 8285 treatments and 4000 patients under placebo. At best only 4% answer the placebo !!
Hróbjartsson in 2001 conducted a study 8 times larger than that of Beecher and shows that even the possible response on pain is ultimately negligible.
Finally, there is the Cochrane 2010 study (before the takeover by Bill Gates under the usual cover of "philanthropy"): review of 202 trials with placebo and non-treatments, covering 60 pathologies.
"Placebo treatments do not produce great health benefits, they have on average a modest effect on pain. We did not find that placebos interventions had an important clinical effect in general ".
These results also highlight the lack of rigor of current studies that rarely take into account a cohort of patients who would not be prescribed at all to serve as a reference. Another curious forgetfulness.
Under these conditions, I would recommend detractors of homeopathy to be more careful than they are when they explain to me that for 30 years I was the toy of a hallucination by treating the most serious pathologies with results that have always amazed me.
Today, all health authorities that legislate on homeopathy rely in particular on two meta-analyzes.
The first is the Lancet published in 2005. The bias used would not have been accepted for any conventional medicine study. It retained 8 double-blind studies for homeopathy against 6 for conventional treatment and no criteria for individualization. Despite this heavy handicap, if we changed a single study among the 8 so-called "high quality", the results would be reversed. In this this study fails on "sensitivity analysis". This bias was obvious to those who took the trouble not to stop at the conclusion. This has led to a fallacious international media campaign against homeopathy.
The second is the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) meta-analysis of 2015. It excludes 90% of the studies provided and is based only on 5 studies selected from the 1800s. This organization applied a succession of arbitrary filters and criteria of reliability that he had never applied to himself. For example, only the studies conducted on groups of more than 150 patients were retained while the NHMRC itself conducts regular studies on groups of less than 150 patients ... We can question the scientific relevance of the approach even more so when we know that the first results were in favor of the effectiveness of homeopathy and that this study is currently the subject of a second opinion.
The most shocking in these conditions is to measure the hatred and contempt that we throw on social networks these "rabid" of "science" without realizing for a minute that they take the role of useful idiots of the system .

L es évènements se sont un peu précipités, mais la nouvelle a fini par arriver: je dois rejoindre une équipe de médecins homéopathes Allemands pour le Liberia où nous avons une invitation officielle du gouvernement.

L’expédition est coordonnée par mon ami André Saine qui a rassemblé de nombreux documents relatifs au traitement de la fièvre jaune, notamment aux USA, par nos prédécesseurs. Entre leurs mains la mortalité tombait à pratiquement 0%. Basiquement Ebola est une sorte de fièvre jaune, et tout comme elle, présente de très nombreuses manifestations diverses, mais son évolution est très rapide, il n’y a pas de seconde semaine, en général.

La maladie peut être divisée arbitrairement en 4 stades:

1) Frissons, fièvre et violentes céphalées: la maladie commence en général par la fièvre et des maux de tête intenses le premier jour. Puis le second jour fatigue intense, douleur généralisée, et perte d’appétit.

2) Nausée, vomissements, diarrhée, conjonctivite, agitation, prostration, ulcères des lèvres, soif très importante sont les signes majeurs du 3ème jour. La dysphagie, la dyspnée et la conjonctivite sont typiquement plus marqués le 4ème jour.

3) Hémorragies. Des hémorragies mineures peuvent démarrer au 3è-4é jour mais les formes majeures (méléna, hématémèse) démarrent vers J5 ou J7, ce qui peut se terminer en coma et mort.

Les signes les plus communs d’hémorragies mineures sont les suintements par la moindre plaie, les gencives (32% ce qui est pronostic de gravité), les signes majeurs comme les hématémèses (56%) ou la diarrhée sanglante (55%)

Globalement la survenue d’hémorragies visibles sont des signes de mauvais pronostic, sauf peut être pour les méléna et les selles sanglantes qui sont parfois notés au début de la maladie et surviennent aussi bien chez les survivants que les non-survivants.

La plupart des non survivants sont morts dans des états stuporeux, en choc et tachypnée. Ce dernier signe est très significatif pour le pronostic vital, probablement puisqu’il apparaît dans les heures précédant la mort.

Les hoquets sont relativement fréquents (15% des cas), et étonnants, ils sembles caractériser une issue fatale.

4) Convalescence. Les séquelles à long terme sont la surdité ou les acouphènes.

Convié à participer à la première équipe par André Saine du fait de mon expérience dans le traitement du choléra en Haïti, j’espère pouvoir me rendre utile. Nous devrions avoir en arrivant 2 jours d’entraînement pour porter l’affreuse tenue protectrice qui doit nous permettre d’approcher les malades.La chose n’est même pas certaine puisque nous ne sommes pas certains de voir des malades dès le début. Peut être il aura-t-il des empêchements comme ce fut le cas initialement en Haïti.

Si nous voyons des cas, j’espère parvenir très vite lors de l’examen clinique à déterminer les quelques signes caractéristiques qui nous indiqueront un médicament épidémique. J’attends alors des résultats très favorables qui doivent se manifester en quelques heures. Notre objectif est d’approcher les 0% de mortalité obtenus par nos aînés. Au pire nous ne risquons que la maladie ou le ridicule, n’est-ce pas? Et nous aurons aussi la possibilité de soigner de nombreux autres malades porteurs de pathologies tout aussi fréquentes mais moins “à la mode”.

Mes notes sur les médicaments dont nous risquons d’avoir besoin. A partir des maigres éléments cliniques à notre disposition, j’ai effectué une première étude pour nous permettre de cibler le groupe des médicaments potentiels. L’hydrogénure d’arsenic pointe en tête, avec les venins de serpents (dont la réputation dans la fièvre jaune ou les affections avec des troubles de la coagulation n’est plus à faire) avec Lachesis et surtout Crotalus. Nous n’oublions surtout pas Cantharis qui présente énormément des signes de la maladie. Mais il convient de nous rendre au chevet des patients sans parti pris et d’écouter le langage de la nature.

Je m’excuse donc de la désorganisation des cours jusqu’au 31 octobre, ainsi que du planning des consultations. Nécessité fait loi, nous avons un devoir éthique de porter du secours à ces populations démunies, et de leur apporter si tout se passe comme prévu une arme formidable et quasiment gratuite contre ce fléau. Forts de l’expérience à venir nous pourrons sans doute soigner les cas européens s’ils devaient se présenter. Enfin, c’est une occasion unique de démontrer la valeur de l’homéopathie. On nous dénigrera bien sûr, on contestera que les malades guéris fussent malades, mais nous espérons en soigner un si grand nombre qu’il n’y aura pas de contestation possible. Les marchands de vaccins expérimentaux pourront alors aller se rhabiller.

Why does Broussalian write "basically ebola is a sort of yellow fever"? Because homeopaths are idiots who can not diagnose! Yes, really, look it up, and read the organon by Hahnemann thoroughly: In homeopathy there does not exist a diagnose. Not a single one!

Hahnemann claims a mistuning of the "life force" to be the cause for all diseases, and he denies any bodily matter (fluids, bacteria, fungi, viruses, whatever) as causing an illness.

So Broussalian, like other homeopaths today, only looks for the symptoms, and compares them with those of yellow fever. An inexcusable mistake.

Broussalian, like other homeopaths, chooses the typical homeopathic remedies: Lachesis and Crotalus (rattle snake):

The disease can be arbitrarily divided into four stages:

1) Chills, fever and severe headache: disease usually begins with a fever and severe headache on the first day. Then the second day extreme fatigue, generalized pain, and loss of appetite.

2) Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, agitation, prostration, ulcers of the lips, very important thirst are the major signs of the 3rd day. Dysphagia, dyspnea, and conjunctivitis are typically marked the fourth day.

3) hemorrhage. Minor bleeding can start the 3rd-4é day but major forms (melena, hematemesis) start to J5 or J7, which may end in coma and death. The most common signs of minor bleeding are seeps through any wound, gums (32% regards prognosis of gravity), the major signs such as hematemesis (56%) or bloody diarrhea (55%)

Overall the occurrence of visible bleeding are signs of a poor prognosis, except perhaps for melena and bloody stools that are sometimes noted at the beginning of the disease and occur both in survivors and non-survivors. Most non-survivors died in stuporous states, shock and tachypnea. This sign is very significant for the prognosis, since it appears likely in the hours preceding death. Hiccups are relatively frequent (15% of cases), and amazing, they seem to characterize fatal.

4) Convalescence. The long-term sequelae are deafness or tinnitus.

Invited to participate in the first team by André Saine because of my experience in the treatment of cholera in Haiti, I hope to make myself useful.

We should have arrived two days drive to bring the terrible protective clothing that will allow us to approach malades.

(The urls by the state agencies given at the beginning of my post show you the death rates.)


This is stunning stupidity: first, take an other disease; second, forge the mortality of that, and then gallop through the countryside, boasting "The merchants of experimental vaccines can then get dressed."

That is not delusion of grandeur. That is insanity which in short time can lead to the death of thousands and tens of thousands of citizens in Liberia, its surrounding countries, and in Europe, USA, and other countries with airline connections to those African countries.

Broussalian, Hiltner, Durge, and Lindemann kept their "mission" secret, to make a fait accompli, and then show up as the great heroes, who healed the world and who smashed the pesky merchants of vaccines.

Broussalian, Hiltner, Durge, and Lindemann are medical doctors who got a diploma from a university. Who was so incredibly stupid to make that mistake and give these nuts a diploma? Their licenses must be revoked, their practices must be closed, and the four must be jailed for life time. To willfully risk the lives of tens of thousands of persons is a war crime.
