Thanks to this book I put aside years of grueling study of physics, chemistry and biology. Now I no longer have to think when I treat my children for life-threatening diseases and illnesses. I just grab a little bit of some random weed, soak it in alcohol for a day, then make up a massive batch of the best treatment that willful ignorance can make. I even use Hahnemann's original technique of hitting the mixin' container on a leather bound bible for the extra holy vibrations that will make my 30C water the strongest water around. It don't remember the poop or nuthin'!

There is much to commend in this book. It is short at 86 pages, bang up-to-date, and downloadable, as befits the modern writer.
I would have awarded it 5 stars except for its insistence that the patient not be immunised against measles to begin with. In my experience, homeopathic remedies are most effective when the subject is free of illness. Given the highly contagious nature of measles, vaccination is essential, particularly when you consider the life-threatening dangers that the disease presents when left untreated.
That quibble apart, I must confess a sneaking admiration for an honours arts graduate with such a profound knowledge of epidemiology. I'm put in mind of others such as Lord Monckton who are so authoritative on subjects outside their field of practice.

I just love it when people with an inadequate understanding of science write books that urge people to engage in one of the most dangerous and self-destructive behaviors possible. I hope the day comes when anti-vaccine parents are charged with manslaughter when their kids die from not being vaccinated. How many DEAD KIDS do we need until those in the religion of anti-vaccine get it.
In the 1940s, there were about 9,000 child deaths a YEAR from pertussis. Now we have a vaccine... but parents have started refusing. That worries me. A lot. Their children have NO voice in this.
At present, the American population is roughly DOUBLE what it was in the 1940s. And we now have 10-20 deaths a year from pertussis. If the anti-vaccine half wits get their way, we'll lose our herd immunity and that can be VERY bad.
This is a dangerous book by a person who does not believe in REAL science and is hurting people. I wish I could give it half a star.

1. FOREWORD

A long time ago in South Africa, two of the cornerstone books in classical homeopathy literally fell from a pharmacy shelf and into my hands. They were Samuel Hahnemann’s Organon of Medicine and James Tyler Kent’s Lectures on Homoeopathic Philosophy. These books were the start of a remarkable global journey of discovery. As the Roman poet Horace (65BC – 8BC) once famously said aude sapere, so I too dared to know.
To this day, with every person I treat there’s still a degree of wonderment. Popular or conventional opinion is that homeopathic medicines contain nothing in them to effect any physical or mental change. Some of my successful patients, however, have been infants, drug users (medicinal and recreational), animals, birds and even sceptics – all of whom rule out placebo effect, natural remission, or shared self-deception. This success of homeopathy is why generations of European royalty and celebrities, and even members of the medical profession, either see homeopaths or use homeopathy. Homeopathic remedies – at the very least - are a catalyst to change.
Although it is unethical to make any claims for homeopathy’s effectiveness, it is still nonetheless remarkable to see people recover from incurable illnesses with their own enhanced natural healing ability without having to resort to drugs or surgery. I trust this book will serve as an easy-to-use introduction to the quantum world of homeopathic medicine and that you too will see for yourself how remarkable your recovery can be.
2. INTRODUCTION
Measles virus infection without rash in childhood is related to disease in adult life

Homeopathy for Measles is one in a series of short guides to self-prescribing homeopathic remedies, in this case for the symptoms of the measles virus (4. WHAT IS MEASLES). Its premise is the safe empowerment of the individual to prescribe for measles and improve a child’s overall health. Natural, non-toxic homeopathic remedies have no side-effects and cannot weaken your child’s immune system.
Note that in many countries infectious childhood diseases like measles, mumps, chickenpox or whooping cough are required by law to be reported to government authorities. It is up to you to ascertain whether this law is applicable in your country and if you suspect your child has measles to notify a medical doctor or practitioner (n.b. you can also prescribe a homeopathic remedy immediately beforehand (5. CHOOSE A RELEVANT REMEDY)). The medical professional will confirm the diagnosis, either by examination and/or a blood or saliva test, before informing the local health authority. Statistical information about infections is important to determine whether infectious diseases are epidemic, pandemic, etc.
Of course there are exceptions to the above.
~ You may not be able to notify a medical doctor or practitioner because your current circumstances are extraordinary. If a child picks up an infectious disease during, say, a natural disaster, social upheaval or political unrest, you may have to treat their illness yourself. These are exceptional circumstances where social infrastructures are not in place, or have disintegrated.
~ Or, for instance, you may be overseas with your family for work, sport, recreational, cultural, religious or other reasons and your child becomes infected in a foreign country with an inadequate medical infrastructure. Here again you may have no choice but to treat their infectious illness yourself before notifying the authorities.
~ Another situation may be that you have decided not to vaccinate, or just partially vaccinate, your child because you want to treat the symptoms of their measles yourself. Or because of pressures (social or otherwise) you do not want to notify the authorities about your child’s measles.

" measles" is measles, only measles, and measles means death.
And in the case of SSPE it is death, definitely. And THAT is what children are exposed to. That, exactly that.
This makes Ann Sorrell's claim

"Care and safety of the child are paramount"then is is a must to prevent the outbreak of the illness. Which, of course, means that the children must be vaccinated, so that the measles will not affect the children.
The next line is some few word later this statement:
"professional medical help, which includes classical homeopaths, is advised whenever complications may arise""Classical homeopaths" are medical analphabets, not even able to diagnose any illness. Homeopathy does not know any diagnosis. So homeopaths can not diagnose!
Homeopaths are no professional help, they are professional killers. The least they kill is valuable time of life of their victims, and it often ends with them killing their clients by letting them die without any reasonable scientific-medical treatment and/or medication.

The girl in the picture above is not recovering. She dies. No help, no cure is possible. But her death could have been prevented --- if she had not fallen ill. If she had not been infected. Which means that the infecting child should have been vaccinated, so not to spread the infection. Which means that the child before that one should have been vaccinated, so not to spread the infection.
"While your child is recovering" is a lie. There is no recovery. There is death.
Risk of death by measles is about 1:200.Ann Sorrell not only makes criminal claims on measles. Obviously, she also makes analogous claims about influenza, a very aggressive infective disease with a high risk of harm and death:
