von Hans CoustoLeider ist es wahr: die Pharmalobby hat wieder zugeschlagen. Ab April 2011 soll das Gesetz für Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und Heilkräuter »Traditional Herbal Medical Product Directive (THMPD)« EU-weit durchgesetzt werden. Das bedeutet: Die auf Teemischungen basierende Kräuterheilkunde wäre dann wahrscheinlich um die Hälfte der dort eingesetzten Kräuter beraubt, da es wenig »wissenschaftliche Forschung« über gebräuchliche, einheimische Kräuter gibt und diese dann ohne aufwändige Forschung keine Zulassung als Arzneimittel bekämen. Ein Zulassungsverfahren kostet nicht selten weit über 100.000 Euro. Das bedeutet, die Kosten für Registrierungs- und Zulassungskosten belasten klein- und mittelständischen Unternehmen unverhältnismäßig stark im Vergleich zu den großen Konzernen. Viele dieser klein- und mittelständischen Unternehmen werden sich diese Zulassungskosten kaum oder gar nicht leisten können, das heißt, sie werden vom Markt verschwinden.
Fast alle chinesischen und ayurvedischen Heilpflanzen und ein guter Teil der europäischen Heilpflanzen sollen mit dieser EU-Novelle verboten und aus dem Handel genommen werden. Die Gründe liegen auf der Hand: Die Pharmaindustrie hätte die Naturheilkunde respektieve die Drogerie aus der Natur »Schachmatt« gesetzt und könnte diesen wachsenden Markt für sich übernehmen. Der »War on Drugs«, der krieg gegen (Natur-)Drogen soll im Interesse der Konzerne um eine Stufe weiter eskalieren.
Es ist unglaublich, wie unsere Grundrechte auf die Freiheit der Erhaltung der Gesundheit und die freie Behandlungswahl zur Gesundung und Heilung beschnitten werden sollen und uns der Zugang zu den Schätzen der Natur unseres Planeten untersagt werden soll – zum Wohle der Profite der Giftmischer. Die Medizin aus der Natur ist der Pharmaindustrie schon immer ein Dorn im Auge. Heilpflanzen sind natürlich und machen gesund. Korrekt angewandt, haben sie keine oder nur geringe, unbedenkliche Nebenwirkungen. Jeder Mensch kann sie frei verwenden. Sie lassen sich nicht patentieren. Die Pharmaindustrie kann mit Heilpflanzen kein Geld machen und genau deshalb sollen sie nicht mehr verwendet werden. Sie müssen deshalb im Interesse der Aktionäre unbedingt verboten und ihr medizinischer Gebrauch strafbar gemacht werden. So sehen es zumindest die von Lobbyisten umworbenen Eurokraten in Brüssel.
Dass die Eurokraten und Parlamentarier sich nicht nur von der Vernunft sondern von anderen Interesse bei ihren Entscheidungen leiten lassen, haben sie schon öfters bewiesen. So gilt beispielsweise die Spanne von 150 Meter (bei Biobauauern von 300 Meter) als Sicherheitsabstand zwischen einem Feld mit genmanipulierten Pflanzen und einem Feld mit konventionellen Pflanzen zur Verhinderung der Kontaminierung der konventionellen Pflanzung. Nun weiß jeder, der in der Schule aufgepasst hat, dass Bienen mehrere Kilometer weit fliegen, um Nektar und Pollen zu sammeln und dabei die Blüten bestäuben. Der Sicherheitsabstand hat somit nichts mit Sicherheit zu tun. Er ist ausschließlich eine populistische Formulierung zur Manipulation einer an Bildung armen Öffentlichkeit.
Petition: Arzneimittelwesen – Keine Umsetzung des EU-Verkaufsverbotes für Heilpflanzen
Der Deutsche Bundestag möge beschließen …dass das Verkaufsverbot von Heilpflanzen in der EU ab dem 1 April 2011 in Deutschland nicht greift. Laut Europäischer Richtlinie zur Verwendung traditioneller und pflanzlicher medizinischer Produkte (THMPD) wird der Verkauf und die Anwendung von Naturprodukten stark eingeschränkt.
Begründung
Es handelt sich um eine Richtlinie der EU zur Vereinheitlichung des Zulassungsverfahrens für traditionelle Kräuterzubereitungen, die medizinisch eingesetzt werden. Damit werden Naturprodukte zu medizinischen Produkten umdeklariert, die zugelassen werden müssen. In allen EU Länder wird es dann verboten sein Heilkräuter oder Pflanzen zu verkaufen, die keine Lizenz haben.
Naturstoffe , denen man eine Heilwirkung zuschreibt werden nicht mehr als Lebensmittel eingestuft, sondern als Arznei. Nur was man patentieren und mit einer Schutzmarke im Handel monopolisieren kann ist erwünscht. Was einfach in der Natur wächst ist illegal. Unsere Gesundheit wird dadurch nicht geschützt, sondern es werden die Umsätze und Profite der Großkonzerne gesichert. Wir sollten selber entscheiden was gut für uns ist und welche Mittel wir nehmen, ob chemische Bomben oder sanfte Naturheilmittel. Dadurch erfahren auch Krankenkassen eine Erleichterung, weil immer mehr Leute dazu übergehen, Naturprodukte ohne Rezeptschein zu kaufen.

Mein Name ist Hans Cousto. Geboren wurde ich im Frühling 1948 in der französischen Schweiz als Kind deutschsprachiger Eltern. Ich bin somit in einem bilingualen Umfeld aufgewachsen. Derzeit lebe ich in Berlin. Ich beschäftige mich als freischaffender Wissenschaftler interdisziplinär mit Schwingungsphänomenen im Makro- und Mikrokosmos. Ausgehend von der holistischen Einbettung des Menschen im Kosmos habe ich das kosmische Gesetz der Oktave formuliert und musikalisch auf planetarischer, molekularer und atomarer Ebene umgesetzt sowie Johannes Keplers Aspektenlehre für moderne Skalenberechnungen und Horoskopvertonungen erschlossen und berechnete dazu die harmonikalen Kammertöne – auch planetarische Kammertöne oder auch Urtöne genannt. Die harmonikalen Kammertöne werden von astronomischen Gegebenheiten abgeleitet und haben sich in verschiedenen Kulturkreisen als meditativ erfahrbare Töne bestätigt. Beim Informationspool der Kosmischen Oktave habe ich diverse Texte zur Thematik veröffentlicht, so u.a. die Berechnungsgrundlagen für die Töne der Erde, des Mondes und der Planeten (sogenannte Planetentöne), für verschiedene psychotrope (psychoaktive) Moleküle wie THC und MDMA (Ecstasy) als auch für den Wasserstoff.
Seit 1994 engagiere ich mich im Rahmen von Eve & Rave e.V. Berlin für eine sachliche Drogenaufklärung, Drug-Checking und für eine vernünftige Drogenpolitik.
