This news comes from Indian TV Channel 7, CNN IBN, where two
orthopedics doctors/physicians named as Dr P. K. Bansal in Noida,
Uttar Pradesh and Dr Ajay Aggarwal in Rajendra Nagar, New Delhu. -
cuts limbs of the poor people so that they can beg in public. For
this they charge handsome amount of money whose limbs they cut
surgically. They first generate gangrene in the limbs of normal poor
persons knowingly and then surgically, they cut their limbs. This is
done to avoid legal action. Beggars with amputated limbs, generated
by these noble profession orthopedics doctors, can get more sympathy
in public. Hence the beggars can more money in form of begging. In
this case the decoy sent were adult reporters. Within minutes of
flashing news, police swung into action arresting them, medical
council terminated their registration and they are branded as true criminals.

They are true butchers in garb of most medical profession.
