The Doctor of Philosophy in Bioenergetic Medicine, and how it was made

(1/1)

Triac:
The Doctor of Philosophy in Bioenergetic Medicine, and how it was made. Well, I will not tell the whole story here. At least not now. But I will give you a nice pic: a screenshot of Isaac Goiz Duran with his doctoral camouflage.

The original web-page does not exist anymore. But the web-archive archived it:

Putting together the pieces takes some time.

This item was found when searching for the whereabouts of John Bear. More about him later.

"Degree Mills" is a book of the year 2005, written, so they say, by Allen Ezell and John Bear. It mentions Oxford several times. The following 3 quotes are important:

"Degree Mills
The Billion-Dollar Industry
That Has Sold Over a Million Fake Diplomas"
by Allen Ezell and John Bear

In the 2005 Edition:

Accreditation Claims

page 82:

6. The school claims that Harvard and Oxford aren't accredited either. Harvard is indeed properly accredited. Oxford was founded in the eleventh century under a Papal Bull, predating introduction of the royal charter. Nonetheless, each constituent college of Oxford has its own royal charter, the British equivalent of accreditation.

page 85:

16. An institution writes about an earlier use of its building as if it were its own. An Australian-owned university rented a building that had once been used by Oxford University. In what may well be the most creatively misleading such statement ever made, the university wrote: "It is here on [our] terraced lawns that some of this century's great innovators have conceived great thoughts. Mahatma Gandhi, Bertrand Russell, Albert Einstein, Madame Curie, Bernard Shaw, H. G. Wells, Gilbert Murray, and many others, have all walked the halls, and found a place of inspiration amongst [our] 13-acre woodland campus."

17. The school confuses the city with the university. Some well-known universities take the name of their city: Cambridge, Princeton, Chicago, and so forth. And so a school that rents a room or a building in that city may say, for instance, "Come to Oxford. Come to [our] college." When a US state attorney successfully sued this place, he had found students who genuinely believed they were enrolling in Oxford University.

What looks so harmless, actually is a killer:  "When a US state attorney successfully sued this place, he had found students who genuinely believed they were enrolling in Oxford University."

To understand the backgrounds, I quote the already shown piece of proof from the beginning of this thread:

"Isaac Goiz Duran

A graduation ceremony of a university at the city of Oxford taking place in a distant country, hundreds of kilometers away? Really? Would a renowned and serious and prestigious university do that? NEVER!

This publication was not done by a critic of Isaac Goiz Duran, no, it was by the very "university", which gave him the very degree "Doctor of Philosophy in Bioenergetic Medicine".

But, still, Isaac Goiz Duran does not mention Madrid, or Spain. He claims to have a degree of a university of Oxford, England. And this is what his followers believe.

Remember: "When a US state attorney successfully sued this place, he had found students who genuinely believed they were enrolling in Oxford University."

Isaac Goiz Duran can not make such a claim. At least he can not after the "International University of Oxford, England" vanished. Which means that he must not make such a claim after the year 2000. But he did.
