Worelia, sorry for the inconvenience ;-) but the description almost says nothing of value:  "A (treasure?) map of Delta Institute's international financial-network."

I asked if anyone has any comments about it / any explanation / about the timing / whether this was a plan for future or was already implemented / or part implemented, etc.. The description doesn't answer any of that. If you don't know it's fine. Maybe someone else does.
