Yes and no. Oesch and Mauer are part of the gang, too. And Herriman is not the only place for registration. Dewayne is not so very rare. Looking for police records and other official documents reveals a number of other people with the same christian name Dewayne. Also Duane is possibly used.

Associated with Dewayne and Smith might be 57 domains and only some of these are by Smith in Herriman. But the gang has others registered with other names and places. It is a lot!

Notice is hereby given that the Herriman City Council will hold a regular council meeting at the Herriman City Community Center, 13011 South Pioneer Street, Herriman, Utah.
The meeting will progress as follows:

*4.4   Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 09-19 “An ordinance adopting temporary zoning regulations restricting check cashing businesses in Herriman”.
   *4.5   Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 09-20 “An ordinance adopting the certified tax rate”.
