How is it possible that over such a number of years the nationwide known fraudster couple Dewayne Smith and his wife Linda Pendleton Smith act in the community without anything at all happening to them?

Is Herriman, Utah, an oasis of crime?


In DATA collection 1 the Facebook page of Carmen R. Freeman, mayor of Herriman, Utah, since 2013, shows entries by Linda Pendleton Smith at a time when their crimes were known and the stories of their deceased victims  hit the media.

Smith pays scientologists as affiliates and dirty work soldiers for his advertising and for smear campaigns. Like Brett Hultberg and (allegedly) Patrick Bolen.
