Der Australier Chad Parenzee war verurteilt, weil er im Wissen um eine HIV-
Infektion ungeschützten Verkehr mit 3 Frauen hatte und mindestens eine
davon infiziert hat.
Er erlangte mit Hilfe eines Star-Verteidigers, der seine Dienste kostenlos
anbot, eine Wiederaufnahme seines Verfahrens. Ergab an neue Beweise dafür
zu haben, dass der HIV/AIDS Komplex nicht existiert, und falls doch, keine
sexuelle Übertragung stattfinden kann.
Als Zeugen gab er zwei Wissenschaftler der Perth-Group an, darunter Dr.
Elena Papadopoulos.
Die Staatsanwaltschaft benannte einige teils weltweit bekannte
Wissenschaftler. Auch Gallo äusserte sich in einem Brief zur Sache.
Das Verfahren endete mit einer grandiosen Niederlage der AIDS-Leugner,
wobei sich unter anderem herausstellte, dass Frau Dr.Elena Papadopoulos
in Bukarest vor Jahren über Kernphysik promoviert hat und über keinerlei
praktische Erfahrungen in Virologie und anderen wichtigen Gebieten der
Medizin hat.
Sie musste zugeben, dass Sie mit aus dem Zusammenhang gerissenen Zitaten
gearbeitet hat und sehr wohl Kenntnisse der gesamten Zusammenhänge hatte.

The Gallo Philes: HIV on Trial
The trial of Andre Parenzee seemed, at first glance, depressingly
familiar. Another person who is HIV-positive being convicted and sentenced
to years in jail for having consensual sex with HIV-negative people. But,
this trial was different, it was turned into a trial of the very existence
of HIV, due to the expert testimony of Perth Group members Val Turner and
Eleni Eleopulos. So dangerous was this that the machine of HIV=AID$=Death
rolled into motion providing a news blackout outside Australia and, when
things did not appear to be going so well, the testimony of HIV inventor
Robert Gallo via video hookup and a call for help from one of the
prosecution 'experts' to 'Denialist' and Nobelist Kary Mullis.

At the end of the appeal hearing defence lawyer Kevin Borick and

Although this court case is of global significance it got no attention
outside Australia in the mainstream press. Ironically, when a drunken man
wrestled a four foot shark onto the jetty in Louth Bay, not far away, it
made the press all over the world. Such is the state of the modern
media.

Valendar Turner was a witness for the defence of Andre Parenzee.
He is a member of the so-called "Perth Group", a group of scientists who
started by questioning the accuracy of HIV tests, then asking whether HIV
has ever been purified and finally questioning the existence of HIV. Their
testimony was central to the defence.

Peter McDonald is a semi-retired professor who is still a member of the
Principal Australian Ministerial Advisory Committee on AIDS, Hepatitis and
Sexually Transmitted Disease, chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee
for the Special National Centre and chair of the Vaccine Management
Committee for the "big" NIH grant on vaccine development, and chair of a
management board for the development of vaginal microbicides (toxic
chemicals that AIDS researchers like women to put inside themselves).

Elizabeth Dax is the head of Australia\'s National Serology Laboratory
which "is responsible for the quality of HIV, hepatitis and blood-borne
