Title: Was "Delta blah blah" a "Biotech" Company? I don't think so!

Christian Oesch refers to "Delta" as a biotech company.
I happen to know a few things about real biotech companies who are regulated by FDA, and Delta surely doesn't look like one.
What do you think? Any legitimate reason to call Delta a "biotech" company?
