Ok so the FDA badge was part of the original announcement. I had also seen that announcement pasted elsewhere without the badge.
More important question: What is the status of the FDA investigation? Someone posted here "we're in touch" but anonymous entities making inflated claims is nothing new to internet chat rooms. So it's hard to believe any such claims.
Can anyone provide reliable info on status of any such investigation? I got better things to do in life to even wonder about that, but the badge was posted here a gazillion times in the last couple of weeks, so I'm curious about the status.
