Попасть в госпиталь с простудой - благо для служивого. Попасть с ранением - ад и пытки. Да и судя по призыву врачей, вас никто в госпиталь и не повезет. Отрежут лишнее по месту службы.

повторю - Бегите. Любой вариант, когда вы избежали армии это на много порядков лучше, чем когда вы в нее попали.
